Boca Raton

Boca Raton is one of the best-known cities in South Florida. The name brings an image of large waterfront mansions and yachts in most people’s minds. The truth is most of those mansions are near the ocean and Intracoastal waterway. There also happen to be hundreds of homes of every style and price range in the city. The downtown area is awash with new construction including new condos, office buildings and shopping centers. Condos can range in price from $300ks out West of Interstate 95 to millions for oceanfront luxury condos. Boca Raton’s luxurious reputation keeps the price on the East side of town high, but the West side is considerably more affordable for retirees and snowbirds. Its growth is pushing farther West and the newer developments are just as elegant as the East side, but more reasonably priced. My office was there for seven years, so I know the area well and would love to show you the city.
