Palm Beach Gardens

Only thirty years ago, Palm Beach Gardens was just mainly centered around the shopping mall and a few new construction suburbs. Since then it has steadily grown into an impressive city with great upscale suburban housing, massive shopping malls and outlets. As with most coastal cities in South Florida, the growth started in the East near the water and has continued to move westward where the land is less expensive, and developers can plan whole gated modern communities. The prices are usually less out West, and your home or condo will be more recently built.
