Park Tower

Park Tower is one of those hidden gems that many realtors don’t even know much about. I have listed and sold in the building, so I’m very familiar with the management and staff. The owners are friendly and cherish this special building. What I love the most are the million-dollar views at a fraction of the price of other oceanfront condos in the Fort Lauderdale Beach area. It was built in 1966, but through smart upgrades like glass balconies, modern colors and the original design being ahead of its time you would never guess. I had the pleasure of selling the last original owners’ condo unit a few years back who’s husband bought it when it was constructed in 1966. He was a Studebaker Car Dealer from New Jersey and he wanted to surprise his wife with an exciting new life in Florida.
