The Conrad is one of the hotel condo hybrids popular along Fort Lauderdale’s most tourist dense section of the beach. The name comes from Conrad Hilton, which is part the Hilton Hotel’s higher end brand offerings. There are 290 rooms / condos in the 24-story building at the northern part of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Your unit can be put in the rental pool of the hotel to allow you to earn income, as well as have a great place to vacation. It has two restaurants and a craft cocktail bar inside the building, so you don’t even have to leave your condo to have a great meal.
