Illini

Illini condominium was built in 1967 just North of the Bahia Mar Yacht Marina on A1A. Most of the units are around 1300 square feet and sell in the mid $400ks range. While most condos in this area sell for double or triple the price, Illinil manages to keep the prices reasonable. Not to mention this section of the beach has become the area where the large beach concerts and events are held year-round. Most of the units have either an Intracoastal Waterway or ocean view with few buildings around it to obstruct you views. If you can get past the age of the building, this condo represents a great value in an area where prices and new construction are exploding. I rarely see units come up in the building, so the owners know that they have something special and are happy where they are at in this prime beach location.
