The Royal Ambassador condominium is directly on the sand rising 17-stories and containing 214 condo units. It was built later than most of the buildings on Galt Ocean Mile in 1979. The building has a more modern aesthetic that is complimented with the newly completed glass panel balconies. Condo units also have impact windows, doors and open balconies. The amenities include a heated pool, fitness center, cabanas and even a Tiki Hut. There are a variety of floor plans that range from small studio units up to three-bedroom condos.
