Galt Ocean Club was one of the later condominiums built on Galt Ocean Mile in 1983. It boasts such amenities as a heated oceanfront pool, tennis, spa and 24-hour security at the front desk. Galt Ocean Club condos range in square footage from 825 – 2100 square feet. As with most condos on the beach, price is usually determined not only by square footage but also the view. Prices in Galt Ocean Club range from $240ks – $750ks. At only 16-stories its not one of the taller condominiums, but still has over two hundred condo units.
