Ocean Club

The Ocean Club rises 20 stories and has 207 condo units. The condos are a bit larger than other mid-price condos ranging from 1100-1900 square feet. The prices are similarly spread the smallest units selling in the $300ks, while the larger units are in the $500k-$600k range. The board has been updating the building gradually and is currently working on the tennis court resurfacing. Like most of the rest of the condos along the beach, Ocean Club Galt Ocean Mile is located on the side street that runs parallel to A1A making the area more bike and walk friendly. It is also located across from shopping plazas and many restaurant choices.
