Plaza East

Plaza East was among the first condominiums built on Galt Ocean Mile’s stretch of the beach. Designed from the start to be a luxury building which you feel the moment you walk in the massive lobby. They also just completed a major renovation to the lobby and common areas. At 21-stories and 266 condo units, this condominium is one of Galt Ocean Mile’s larger condos. The location of the building also allows for more direct ocean views than many of the other condos on the ocean. Often you look directly at another condo on the Mile because of majority of units are on the side of the building facing another condo. This building has an L shape with the longest part of the building facing direct East to catch more of the ocean views.
