The Fountainhead condominium is the only age restricted condo on Galt Ocean Mile. They are often referred to as HOPA (housing for older persons act) verified condos by most realtors in South Florida. One of the buyers must be 55+ in order to purchase a condo in the building. It also has a wide lot that allows for plenty a great oceanfront views from most of the condos. They range from one to three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1400-2200 square feet. There are 126 condos in condominium’s 17-story structure. It was originally built as an upscale retiree focused luxury building, so there are plenty of amenities. They are also one of the very few condos to have their own restaurant on site.
