The Symphony condominium is ideally located on the New River next to the Broward Performing Arts Center overlooking the downtown skyline. The condo boasts every amenity you would expect from a luxury condo including a huge fitness center, spa, coffee shop, guard gate and one of the nicest pool areas in downtown. When I’m showing buyers, the standout features are the waterfront location and the impressive elevated pool area that overlooks the city. The developers were expecting that a large percentage buyers would be local residents, so they included a wide range of condo sizes for different budgets. One-bedrooms are usually around 800 square feet and cost somewhere in the $300ks – $400k price range. The larger two- and three-bedroom units can cost $800k plus depending on your floor and view. If you love to be in the heart of all the nightlife, then this condo is definitely worth checking out.
