Everglades House

The Everglades House condominium is nestled in the quiet corner of the Harbor Beach area near the entrance to Port Everglades. Many of the condos have ocean and port views depending on their location in the building. Built in 1965 the condo still commands strong prices in the marketplace and few units come on the market. Amenities include a heated pool, BBQ area, 24-hour security and open balconies. Prices range from $500ks to $900ks for most units. Condo units have better than average square footage from 1200-1700+ for some of the three-bedroom units.
