Coconut Grove Residences are one of the Harbor Beach areas most luxurious oceanfront condo buildings. There are only 63 condos in this 14-story building located directly on the sand. Tucked in on a side street just off A1A, there is minimal car traffic except for guests of the Harbor Beach Marriott a few buildings down the beach. The condo was built to impress with its above average square footage units that can range from 1400-3200 square feet under air. Many of the condo units have curved glass balconies directly facing the azure blue Atlantic Ocean. Prices range from the $600ks to over two million plus. Each unit was fitted with the finest of appliances and boast floor to ceiling glass windows to allow for sweeping views of the ocean.
