Breakwater Towers

Breakwater Towers is nestled among the waterfront Harbor Beach area condos. This location allows some of its condo units ocean or port views. Breakwater Towers Fort Lauderdale is one of the very few co-ops in Fort Lauderdale. The co-op form of ownership is different than a regular condominium in that you receive a share of co-op stock instead of a deed. Most banks do not loan on co-ops, so units are usually purchased cash. The prices run from $150k – $350k and range in size from 532 – 1293 square feet. It was among the first buildings in the area built in 1962.
