Oriana by the Sea is ideally located on the sand just South of the Pier. It’s also just a few hundred yards from the center of Lauderdale by the Sea’s wildly popular shopping and dining areas. The complex is made up of ten townhouses directly on the sand and twenty-four condos and townhouses in the row behind. I’ve personally listed, rented and sold the most units in the complex over the past couple of years.
