Villas by the Sea

Villas by the Sea can really be divided into two distinct communities. The first phase was built in 2009 just North of the Lauderdale by the Sea Pier. The first phase consisted of a building directly with 21 units that all face the ocean, as well as the beach club for the whole community. The second cluster of condos is just West of the oceanfront units on El Mar Drive. The popularity of Villas by the Sea and stellar location inspired the builders to complete a second phase of townhouses and condos just North of the first phase that was completed in 2017. Units range in size from 1200 to just over 1600 square feet and sell from $600k to around a million for the direct oceanfront condos. This condo’s location is ideal for active adults that want to be in the heart of all the action.
