Hampton Beach Club is located directly on the sand in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea. They have spent a good deal of money renovating the lobby and making the grounds even nicer in the past couple of years. Condos range in size from 1300 to over 3300 square feet. The prices have a big range as well starting at $400ks up to $1.2 million. The condo is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, the pier and shops. Their amenities include an oceanfront pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, 24 hours security and lots of other perks. With 176 units in the building there are usually about a dozen on the market at any given time to choose between. Lauderdale by the Sea is a quaint seaside town that is fast becoming a tourist favorite due to its small town friendly attitude.
