Ocean Sounds in Lauderdale by the Sea is located directly on the sand and only a few blocks from groceries, restaurants and shops. The condo has recently undergone an extensive renovation that included new balconies and impact windows. At only seven stories tall and 50 condos units, it is one of the smallest oceanfront condos in Lauderdale by the Sea. Thanks to the excellent location it will always be in demand as the new condos being built along the ocean are most high-end luxury condos starting at a million. Condos sell for between $300k and $400k, but average smaller square footage than most buildings in the area at 800 to 1044 square feet per unit.
