Criterion

The Criterion is located on the beach in the southern part of Pompano Beach. More of a boutique property, it has only 46 condo units and stands 10-stories tall. Condo units are generally around 2500 square feet and range in price from $500 up to a million for units on higher floors with direct ocean views. This is also one of the few buildings that have two story townhouses in the building. I sold one of the corner oceanfront units with floor to ceiling glass and I can personally the views were breathtaking. Not many units come on the market due to how few condos there are Criterion. Another unusual feature are poolside cabanas that are deeded with the units that purchased them. This is a unique building that offers features that only much more expensive buildings offer.
