Pompano Aegean

The Pompano Aegean is located directly on the sand in the Southern part of Pompano Beach. The condo was completed in 1980 and rises 18 stories from the sand. The condo units are mostly around 1500 square feet and many have gorgeous ocean views. The lack of public parking in the area leaves this part of the beach very peaceful, even during the high season. The Pompano Aegean boasts such amenities as an oceanfront pool, fitness room and a clubhouse. It also has some of the lowest monthly fees of condos directly on the sand.
