Aquamarine is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, just across the street from Pompano Beach. The condo units are large and spacious ranging in size from 1961 – 2450 square feet. It is 9-stories and has 32 units many with ocean or Intracoastal views. The building also has deeded beach access, so you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The building was completed in 2007 with modern finishes and the open floor plan most buyers are looking for but is hard to find in beach area condos under a million dollars. Prices range from $450k – $800k for the highest floors with the best ocean views.
