Richard took the time to get to know us even before we met in person in Fort Lauderdale. We had looked online at lots of listings, but many were in areas we didn’t like after viewing them. Richard helped guide us to the best neighborhoods to fit our tastes. Making the transition from Portland to Fort Lauderdale turned out to be more of a challenge than we expected. Renovated houses in the areas we liked were selling in only a few weeks or days. We had to put in a half dozen different offers before we found our perfect fit. Richard put in four offers for us over the course of one weekend! This was all over the phone while we were still in Portland. After we found our perfect renovated pool home, Richard even helped us by interviewing contractors for bids on fences to keep the puppies in our yard. Since moving here, we have all been out to dinner, events and even met up for a trip to Orlando. Richard is more than just a Realtor, he’s our friend.
