Richard proved himself to be not only a great Realtor, but also a friend! After we bought our penthouse from Richard, we ran out of time to take care of the major renovations that needed to be done. Richard organized painters and contractors while we were back in Canada. When we came back down, everything was done and ready for furniture. My family can never thank him enough!
