I have listed with Richard a couple of times now and all without every meeting face to face! He came highly recommended from a dear friend in Fort Lauderdale and couldn’t have made things easier even working remotely. My husband and I own a condo near the beach in Fort Lauderdale that I no longer get down to visit. I wanted to get it rented to cover the maintenance and taxes. After I signed the listing agreement, he literally took care of everything. In the years since I decided to update it and he even handled the contractors. It hasn’t been empty for more than a few weeks since. I’m sure that when I decide to list it to sell, Richard will be my only phone call!
