Aquazul is easily one of the most luxurious condominium in Lauderdale by the Sea. From the moment you enter the dramatic modern lobby designed by Steven G, you can tell this is not just your average beach condo. The green glass tower soars 24 stories and has 79 condo units. Most floors have four condos per floor with private entries to your foyer leading to the double entry doors. The building’s two stacks of corner units allow sweeping views of the ocean and city. They are just over 3000 square feet and generally sell in the low two million dollar range. The middle two stacks of condo units have balconies front and rear but are a bit smaller than the corner units at around 2500 square feet and generally sell from the low one millions.
