Breakers Condominium

The Breakers Condominium is in the northernmost part of Pompano Beach. It is one of the smaller condos on the beach, but it is one of the most affordable. Prices range from $225k – $400k, which is one of the lowest prices points for a condo directly on the sand. The 12-story Breakers holds 140 condo units and is one of the few pet friendly buildings along the ocean. The condo floor plans are smaller than most buildings, but your are still directly on the sand for a lot less than most oceanfront condos.
