Caribe

Caribe is the first building on the North end of Galt Ocean Mile rising 17-stories and boasting 150 units. It is also one of two condominiums on the Mile that are co-ops. Co-ops are a different type of ownership that gives you a share of stock in the building instead of owning the area inside the four walls of your condo. The building is angled toward the ocean to provide maximum ocean views for the condo units. There are only two types of units in the condo one-bedrooms that are 660 square feet and generally sell around the $200ks mark and two-bedroom units that are 880 square feet. My buyers that have bought condos here rave about how nice and friendly the residents are as well as the staff. Even though it is located on Galt Ocean Mile, it is actually one of two buildings that are in Lauderdale by the Sea.
