Central Fort Lauderdale Beach

Central Fort Lauderdale Beach has become a growth hot spot for hotels, condos and B & Bs. With the Four Seasons construction coming to completion, most of the major luxury hotel brands are clustered along the ocean in this area. Ritz Carlton, W, The Conrad and Hilton are all within a few blocks of each other. These luxury properties also sell residences withing the hotels that buyers can live in or use as investments to rent to hotel guests vacationing on Fort Lauderdale Beach. This type of hybrid hotel condo has become popular in South Florida. There are also condos that only cater to owners that want the condo for their use only. Many small mid-century motels have been razed to make way for the ever-larger condo needs of this hot section of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The appeal is easy to see, as this section of the beach is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway with water views in every direction.
