Edgewater Arms

Edgewater Arms condominium was among the first buildings constructed on Galt Ocean Mile back in 1957. Thanks to many building upgrades, the architecture doesn’t seem dated at all. There only 85 condo units in this 16-story building which gives it a much more intimate feeling than the huge 250-unit buildings. This is one of the two co-ops along Galt Ocean Mile. Co-op ownership is different in that most banks will not loan on a co-op, so buyers are nearly all cash. Pricing has a wide range because of the different styles of condos. A studio condo could sell in the $175k range, while the penthouse units with over 3379 square feet can sell for up to $900k.
