Galt Towers is surrounded by more luxurious buildings, but it still has the ocean views that buyers want most. The condos are smaller in square footage ranging from 450 – 1350 square feet. Unlike most buildings along the Mile, it has studio condos that sell in the low $200ks. Even the larger two-bedroom units are only about 1350 square feet in size and sell for around $350k or less. The maintenance fees are also among the lowest in the area for an oceanfront condo. Very few condos sell in the low $200ks in Fort Lauderdale, so if price is your main concern this building may be a good fit.
