Harbor Beach

Harbor Beach is generally considered the area near the mouth of Port Everglades on the ocean side of A1A. Most of the condominiums are near the entrance to the inlet to take advantage of the ocean and cruise ship traffic views. Condo prices range from the $400ks up to over $3 million in the most prestigious buildings like Point of the Americas. There is one primary road into the area so there is mainly a small amount of local traffic. The condos are clustered close together with the ones on the edge with the best views commanding the highest prices. The first time I saw a cruise ship pass by while I was showing a unit in Point of the Americas it felt like you could reach out and touch the ship. It was awe inspiring and I make sure that buyers are aware of this off the beaten path area.
