Jamaica House is located very close to all the redevelopment being done by the city of Pompano Beach. It is only a block to the beach and walking distance to many beach shops, restaurants and the Pier. There are 172 condo units in this 15-story building. Jamaica House Pompano Beach prices don’t spread wildly as most of the units are either 900 or 1200 square feet. The higher units facing East allow for ocean views and the back units have Intracoastal Waterway views. Most condos are priced from $200k – $350k depending on views and renovations. There are substantial savings in buildings that are not directly on the sand like Jamaica House.
