Las Olas by the River is located on the South Side of the New River near the heart of Las Olas Boulevard. This 252-unit condominium is popular with investors as well as full time owners. The prices for individual units are lower than most of its neighboring buildings ranging from $250k – $330k. Most condos are from 1100 – 1200 square feet in the complex excluding balconies. The demographic for this complex is younger than most, so it attracts a younger buyer than most downtown. Las Olas by the River condos are popular mostly due to the prices falling around the $300k range.
