L’Hermitage I & II

L’Hermitage I & II are the farthest South buildings on Galt Ocean Mile, which is perfect because the Lauderdale Beach single family home neighborhood to its South allows for unobstructed ocean views. Since I’ve been selling real estate, L’Hermitage Fort Lauderdale has been one of my favorite condos. The grounds are simply the best kept of any of the buildings along Galt Ocean Mile and look more reminiscent of a Disney park. Multiple pools, kids pool, saunas, BBQ area, underground parking and even its own poolside restaurant. I’ve listed, rented and sold in both towers and with all the new designer renovations, they are only getting better. The wide variety of floor plans range from 1537 – 6627 square feet under air. Prices start in the $800ks, but quickly go up from there. Some of the largest condo units with the best views sell for over $4 million. If you’re looking for luxury and great ocean views, then this is a must see.
