Nola Lofts

Nola Lofts are located just off Broward Boulevard in the increasingly popular Flagler Village area of downtown. At only 52 units, this is more of a boutique property than massive condo development. The main reason Nola Lofts made my short list is the quality and uniqueness of the condos. The builders took great care to incorporate the classic New York loft elements like exposed duct work, polished concrete floors and wide-open floor plans. Prices generally are in the $400ks – $600ks range with most units being around 1200-1400 square feet under air. Rarely do more than a couple units come on the market at a given time.
