Ocean Summit

Ocean Summit is one of the smaller condos on Galt Ocean Mile at 17-stories tall and 228 condo units. The rectangular shaped building was built in 1965 during the condo construction boom along beach. The building’s amenities include trash chute, oceanside pool, BBQ area and bike storage. Some condos have washers and dryers, but most will have to use the common laundry for residents. The location is nicely situated to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and grocery store just across Galt Ocean Drive.
