The center stack of units rise 17-stories and there are two lower wings on either side of the main stack. Imposing as the size may be, the staff and residents at this condo are extremely friendly more reminiscent of a boutique size building. The condos range in size from 1088 – 2140 square feet and prices start in the mid $200ks and go all the way up to a million for the direct ocean units with larger square footage. Amenities include oceanside pool, state of the art fitness center and they do allow small dogs under 20 lbs. Compared with other buildings, their condo fees are also very reasonable.
