The Plaza at Oceanside is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, but has plenty of ocean views being only a block to the beach. It was completed in 2009 with goal of being the most luxurious condo in Pompano Beach. Plaza at Oceanside rises 18-stories and has 186 condo and a host of high-end amenities. Some of the most unusual amenities include a virtual golf driving range, wine room, modern kids’ activity room, pool, spa and even tennis. The location is at the heart of Pompano Beach’s new development and beach upgrades. The prices range from $600k – 2 million. There aren’t many buildings that can boast more amenities than the condominium.
