Renaissance II

Renaissance II Pompano Beach is part of a three-building complex and one of the two that are directly on the sand. The third phase was just completed on the Intracoastal side of A1A in 2020. The original two towers are both 28 stories, which afford the residents sweeping ocean views. For the most part, oceanfront condos in this area offer better views than condos along Galt Ocean Mile because of the distance between the buildings. There are 200 condo units in each of the two towers. Condo units range in square footage from 1500 – 1652 square feet, which is larger than most mid-price oceanfront condos. I have sold many units in here and must admit it is a favorite. The residents are friendly, and the staff is incredibly helpful.
