Ritz Carlton Residences

Ritz Carlton Residences are located in the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.  The hotel has 166 guest rooms, but the residences are divided into two categories 34 condotel residences 28 luxury residences.  The Condotel Residences can be put into the hotel guest room pool and rented out to generate income while you’re not there. I’ve personally stayed there and can vouch for the elegance and luxury of the property.  It has every amenity that you can think of and more.  The prices range from the $600ks to over ten million with many different floor plans.  The hotel is located very near the other luxury hotels and condos, so you have a wide variety of restaurants and shopping within a short walk.
