Royal Coast

Royal Coast condominium was built on the beach in 1969 during the explosion of oceanfront condo building along the coast. Over the past couple years, the board has focused its efforts on renovating and adding even more charm to the building. The rectangular shaped building has the pool in front on the ocean side and has 203 condo units in its 15 stories. Royal Coast has a wide price range starting with the one-bedroom units in the mid $200ks and working its way up to a renovated direct ocean view in the high $500ks. Most two bedrooms sell closer the high $300ks in, which is good for a two bedroom / two-bathroom oceanfront condo in Lauderdale by the Sea.
