The Sapphire condominium consists of two 12 story buildings with a total of 176 condos located across A1A from the beach. Designed with a sleek modern aesthetic in 2009, the design remains fresh and attracts a younger demographic than a lot of beach area condos. The prices range from the low $500ks up to around a million. The condo rules allow two pets up to 40 lbs. for owners, which is hard to find in oceanfront condos. Many beach area condos are not pet friendly or they restrict the size of your dog or cat to under 25 lbs. It also comes with all the amenities you would expect from a modern condo like a fitness room, yoga studio, heated pool, 24-hour valet and front desk.
