Sea Monarch has gone through a massive renovation in the past couple of years. Given its ideal location right across the street from the ocean pier, it was money well invested. The building sits in the heart of the Pompano Beach’s redevelopment area and is just a few steps to the beach. Condo floor plans range from 1200 – 2500 square feet and the prices start at $225k and go all the way up to $775k for the higher floors with direct ocean views. There are 238 condo units in the 20-story L shaped building. Another condominium is probably going to be built just South of the building, so I would be reluctant to buy on the SE and SW corners of the building.
