Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea is a sprawling three building complex with grounds that seem more like a Disney park than an oceanfront condo. The entire complex consists of three 17 story buildings with a total of 724 condos. Widely known as one of the friendliest and active condo complexes in the area, prices have steadily gained over the past few years. There are 14 acres of amenities including three heated pools, 16 tennis courts, outdoor BBQ’s under the palms, three open air kitchens and they’re even pet friendly. Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea is very popular with families and international buyers. You can walk across the street to Publix to get groceries or walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. I’ve spoken with many unit owners that don’t even rent a car when they come down because they can walk anywhere or take an Uber.
