Silver Thatch

Silver Thatch is more than just one condo complex or building. There are three distinctly different sections all in the same area just North of Pompano Beach Pier. The largest group of Silver Thatch units are in the two towers that are across the street from the ocean, but are tall enough that many still have ocean views. The other two buildings are located either on the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway. Condo units on the ocean are the most expensive followed by the ones on the Intracoastal. The condos are on the smaller side ranging from 700-1338 square feet. Prices in the complex range from $200k – $600k depending on views and renovations.
