The Oceanage

The Oceanage is unusual for an oceanfront condo development. It gives you the feel of a suburban neighborhood more than an oceanfront condo. Each building is two stories tall and there are a total of 180 condo units in the community. The complex is located on one of the widest stretches of beach in the area which has no nearby public lots, so it remains relatively quiet. Condos are 1273 square feet inside for the most part, but there are a few double units that clock in at 2537 square feet. The buildings are arranged in rows going East to West, except for one row that sits waterfront on the Stranahan River facing West. The unusual design offers a rare choice from the usual high-rise Fort Lauderdale oceanfront condos.
