The Seasons
The Seasons condominium was built in 1981 directly on A1A across from the ocean in the luxury hotel section of the beach near the Ritz Carlton, W and Four Seasons. With neighbors like those properties you would expect any condo near there would sell for well over the $700ks. The beauty of The Seasons is you’re getting one of the most expensive locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach for $300ks-$600ks. There are 134 condos in this 17-story building that still represents one of the few bargains on the beach. Condo sizes range from a studio of 710 square feet to most two bedrooms being around 1300 square feet. The building façade is currently going through concrete restoration and probably a color change once its completed. The rooms sizes are a bit smaller than average, which holds back the prices. If location and views are your primary concern, then this condo is worth considering.
