Venetian
The Venetian condominium is located just South of the Las Olas Bridge on the ocean side. Las Olas Boulevard is the premier street running through downtown Fort Lauderdale from the ocean all the way through the scenic Isles to the restaurants and ending at the Broward Performing Arts Center. Basically, everything you would want to do in Fort Lauderdale is on one street. The Venetian is perfectly positioned just a few blocks from the ocean and on the Intracoastal. The circular drive its on has very little traffic in an area known for being congested during season. It was built in 1970, but the building barely seems as if its aged at all. With units starting in the low $500ks it’s a relative bargain for that area. You can watch the yachts cruise by, or you can dock your own boat at one of its 37 boat slips.
