Wittington

The Wittington is located along the Southern part of the beach in Pompano. This rectangular shaped building’s longest part faces direct East and allows for ocean views from most of the condos. More of a boutique building it is 15-stories tall and has 84 condo units. The condos are larger than most mid-priced oceanfront condos and range from 1934 – 2600 square feet in size. The prices range from $500k – $800k in general and represent a good value for the size. The Wittington  boasts amenities like oceanfront pool, secured underground garage, BBQ area, fitness room and a billiard room.
