Lauderdale Beach

Lauderdale Beach is the only single family home dominated neighborhood located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This makes these upscale houses located just steps to the beach very valuable and unusual in an area dominated by high rise luxury condos. Since the 1990s, builders and buyers have been slowly gobbling up the smaller properties in Lauderdale Beach and putting up ultra-modern homes that reflect the cost of living here. I had buyers looking for years for a tear down directly on the sand with a budget of two million. We never found a tear down that fit their needs and now the price of those lots are double if you could get one. There are slightly above fifty houses directly on the sand in Fort Lauderdale and most are in this neighborhood.
